The Institute of Mathematics and Applications (Govt of Odisha) is offering two futuristic and innovative programmes
Both the programmes have already been approved by the Govt of Odisha and are affiliated to the Utkal University
BSc Hons (Mathematics and Computing)
Objective: This is a three year full time course aimed to pursue a career in research in mathematical sciences. Besides, there are other career options in corporate houses. A scholarship of Rs 2500/- per month would be available to some meritorious students.
Eligibility: Candidate must have passed/appeared Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent from any stream with Mathematics as a subject. Application fee is Rs 100/- (except SC/ST candidates)
M.A/M.Sc and Diploma in Computational Finance
Objective: This is a two year programme to provide the practical skills and theoretical understanding of financial models used in service sectors.
Eligibility: Candidate must have passed/appeared Bachelor’s Degree with Mathematics/Statistics as a core subject.
