Master’s
Degree in Engineering / Technology or Master’s degree in science or
equivalent in relevant discipline with 60% marks or CGPA of 6.5 in
aggregate.
The
candidate must have a valid Gate Score or must have been admitted to
the M.Tech. Programme with a valid Gate Score for scholarship. For
admission to Ph.D. Programmes in the Sciences, the candidates must have a
NET Fellowship (UGC/ CSIR) valid from the current year in the relevant
areas. Application may be sent to Chairman, Academic Affairs on plain
paper giving details of curriculum vitae including achievements /
experience etc. A copy of the application may also be sent to the H.O.D.
of the respective department. One may apply for more than one
department and field.
