Application Form: Candidates
aspiring for admission to the PGDRM program are required to fill in an
application form, which can be obtained from the Institute by paying Rs. 1000/- in cash or by sending a demand draft for Rs. 1000/- drawn in favour of "Institute of Health Management Research", payable at Jaipur. Application forms can also be downloaded from our website: http://www.jaipur.iihmr.org/ / www.iihmr.org . In the
latter case, applications must be sent along with a DD for Rs. 1000/-

For fresh graduates
- A
Bachelor's degree from any recognized University with a duration of
three years in a discipline such as management, medicine, nursing, ISM,
economics, commerce, science, rural development, social and behaviour
sciences, agriculture, social work and other relevant areas with a
minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate.
- Should
have taken any one of the MATs conducted by AIMA on 6 September 2009, 6
December 2009, 7 February 2010 and 2 May 2010. This year the minimum
cut-off MAT score will be 500.
- Candidates
appearing at the final year examination of the Bachelor's degree or
waiting for the results of their final year degree examinations in 2010
may also apply. Selected candidates will be given provisional
admission. They will be required to produce evidence of their
graduation within two months of start of the session.
For working executives
- A
Bachelor's degree from any recognized University with a duration of
three years in a discipline such as management, medicine, nursing, ISM,
economics, commerce, science, rural development, social and behaviour
sciences, agriculture, social work and other relevant areas with a
minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate.
- Minimum of two years’ relevant work experience in the rural/development sector.
- Such candidates are exempted from written MAT.
Working
executives, who are exempted from the Management Aptitude Test (MAT),
should apply through their employers if already employed, or through
the sponsoring agency if being sponsored. Working executives should
also indicate whether they will be sponsored by their organizations or
will be self-sponsored.
Selection Procedure: Based
on the above eligibility requirements, candidates will be invited for
Group Discussion and Interview. The final selection of the candidate is
based on his/her performance in the qualifying examination/work
experience, score in MAT and group discussion and interview. The
distribution of marks for selection will be as follows:

Duly
completed application forms may be sent by post together with all the
documents in support of eligibility. An application will be considered
only when it is received with all documentary evidences.
Candidates
are required to bring original documents for verification at the time
of the interview and joining the course. Every eligible applicant will
be given only one chance to appear in the Admission process for the
academic year 2010-2012.
