- Mention date of birth as mentioned in High School Certificate.
- Scan a passport size Photograph with front pose only, and paste in the space provided in the online application form.
- Deposit the application fee as prescribed through internet banking or pay – in – slip available with the online application form.
- Take a printout of the form and pay-in-slip and send by registered / speed post only to the Convener.
- Ensure to write the Course Name, Course Group Code and test centre on the envelope in which you are sending the print out of completed online application form.

- Application forms will be received on line. The applicant should visit the website www.bujhansi.org and fill the form carefully.
- Application fee & Form Submission – Take a printout of the pay-in-slip of PNB along with the print out of application form. Please go to nearest branch of PNB and deposit the application fee in the bank. Get the transaction I.D. filled in the pay- in- slip by the bank. Submit the pay-in-slip with the application form to the Convener, Campus Entrance Test – 2012, Administrative Block, Bundelkhand University, Kanpur Road, Jhansi- 284 128, by 21/04/2012 for admission though entrance test and up to 13.06.2012 for admission through Direct Admission.
- Statutory reservation rules will be applicable as per the U.P. Government/University norms.
- For admission to M.Ed. and B.P.Ed. courses, NCTE rules will be followed. Admission to these courses will be made through entrance test only. The Candidates should apply by 21.04.2012.
- Admission to MBA., MCA., B.Tech, B.Pharm & B. Arch. courses run in the University will be made as recommended by UPTU. Candidates should apply to UPTU for admission to these courses.
- The candidates appearing in the qualifying examination/awaiting result may also apply for admission. However, they will be considered for provisional admission only.
- University reserves all the rights regarding admission to various courses.
- University shall not be responsible for any postal delay.

The entrance test shall be conducted at Jhansi examination centers on the assigned dates and time.
There shall be objective type questions with multiple choices aimed at testing General Knowledge, Reasoning Ability, Basic Knowledge in English Language and Subject Aptitude of candidates. Approximately 50 % question paper will be on General Knowledge, Reasoning Abilities, Numerical Ability and General English and the rest 50% will be distributed amongst the subject(s) studied by the candidates as part of their qualifying examination.
